Inverater is a Mexican PropTech company solving a real problem: high-quality real estate investments have historically been accessible only to buyers with enough capital for a full property. Fractional ownership changes that — but only if the product experience convinces people to trust a platform with money they're putting into an illiquid asset.
Before any code was written, we started with product discovery and UX research. The research surfaced three primary concerns: understanding the investment structure, confidence in the underlying asset, and trust in the platform itself. The product architecture was designed around these three concerns.
For an investment product, design is a conversion function. Every screen either builds confidence or erodes it. The UX/UI work covered end-to-end investor journeys from campaign discovery through participation and portfolio tracking. The branding work ran in parallel: a credibility-forward visual system aligned with financial decision-making.
The investment platform — campaign management, fractional participation tracking, user portfolio visibility — was built for scalability from the start. CI/CD pipelines, environment management, and monitoring configured before launch.
Inverater launched and closed three real estate campaigns within six months. More than 10,000 users onboarded in the first six months. Pedro Dávila, CEO: "Axented helped us turn a complex investment journey into a platform that feels clear, credible, and easy to act on."
